Darkening Sun

Darkening Sun is a roleplaying mud based on a medieval fantasy theme. The realm is called Kythandria and within it live a multitude of races. It takes place during a time of turmoil among the gods though at the moment an uneasy peace reigns over the land like the calm before a storm. There are five great kingdoms within the realm belonging to the humans, the dwarves, the elves, the mer and the orc. The most powerful mages have formed themselves into a separate kingdom called the Arcane. Most races have their own language though common is spoken by all.
